Yes — you must be at least 18 years old to create an account and play on Mostbat. This is verified at registration through your date of birth and confirmed again during KYC identity verification. Mostbat does not permit under-18s to play under any circumstances. If a minor attempts to use an adult's account, the account may be permanently suspended.

No. Each person may only hold one Mostbat account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and violate our Terms and Conditions. If a second account is found, both accounts may be closed and any balance forfeited. If you have forgotten your original account credentials, use the password recovery option or contact support@mostbat.best — do not register again.

Go to mostbat.best/login and choose to sign in with either your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address, then enter your password. Both methods connect to the same account. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you'll be prompted for a verification code sent to your mobile after entering your password.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP will be sent to your phone. Enter the OTP on the verification screen and you'll be prompted to set a new password. The process takes about 2 minutes. If your OTP doesn't arrive, wait 2 minutes and request a resend. If issues continue, contact support@mostbat.best.

For security, changes to your registered mobile number or email cannot be made through self-service. Email support@mostbat.best from your currently registered email with your full name and the last four digits of your CNIC. Our team will update the details after identity verification, typically within 24 hours.

KYC is required before your first withdrawal. Submit a clear photograph of both sides of your Pakistani CNIC. The name on the CNIC must match the name on your Mostbat account exactly. Documents are reviewed within a few hours during business days. You may also be asked to verify your payment method by providing a screenshot of the deposit transaction from your Easypaisa or JazzCash app.

Yes. Contact support@mostbat.best and request account closure. Before we close the account, we'll process any remaining PKR balance to your registered withdrawal method. Card payments are typically processed within a few minutes. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 60 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and payment method.

Mostbat does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — for example, JazzCash and Easypaisa sometimes charge small fees on certain transaction types. These fees are charged by the payment provider, not by Mostbat. Check your payment app for their current fee schedule.

Wait 15 minutes and check again — occasional network delays can cause brief holds. If the deposit still hasn't arrived, take a screenshot of the deduction from your Easypaisa or JazzCash app showing the transaction ID, amount and date/time. Send this to support@mostbat.best. Our team will trace the transaction and credit your account manually if confirmed, usually within a few hours.

No. Mostbat requires that all deposits come from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may trigger a compliance review. If a third-party deposit is detected, it may be returned and access to the account may be restricted until the matter is resolved. Always use your own verified Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account.

Log in, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and select Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap. Limits take effect immediately. Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your Mostbat account, it cannot be reversed by Mostbat. If you've deposited more than intended, you can withdraw the amount back to your payment method through the normal withdrawal process — subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Withdrawal rejections typically occur because: KYC is incomplete, the withdrawal amount is below the Rs 500 minimum, there are unmet bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance, the account has an open security review, or the payment details entered don't match the verified account details. You can cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed by going to the Cashier → Pending Withdrawals section and clicking Cancel. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be recalled. A cooling-off period is a temporary break from gaming, shorter than a full self-exclusion. You can choose 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week or 1 month. During this period, your account is locked for gaming activity. You can still log in to view your balance or request withdrawals.
